We run three phases over six months. Each builds on the last, moving from analysis through implementation to refinement. You'll work through real scenarios from your own business—not theoretical case studies.
Foundation Phase
Weeks 1-8
We start by mapping your current operations. Where does money actually come from? Which processes create bottlenecks? What's taking up your time that shouldn't be? You'll leave this phase with a clear picture of what needs to change.
Systems Phase
Weeks 9-18
This is where things get practical. Building financial controls. Creating delegation frameworks. Setting up reporting that actually tells you something useful. We focus on tools you can implement immediately, not complex enterprise software.
Growth Phase
Weeks 19-24
Now you're ready to push. Market expansion strategies. Hiring without losing culture. Managing cash flow during rapid growth. This phase tests everything you've built in the first two, with ongoing support as you scale.

Upcoming Intakes

Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7-9pm AEST) plus one Saturday workshop per month. All content is recorded, but live attendance is expected for discussion components.
